Anna Richardson: Love, Loss & Dementia

10pm, Channel 4

In common with a million families in the UK, Anna Richardson is going through something devastating: caring for a parent with dementia. As well as trying to enjoy her father’s humour while she can, Richardson meets families at different stages of diagnosis and speaks to health experts about what dementia is and what future treatment looks like. It is distressing but familiar for many: “The guilt is really real.” Hollie Richardson

Lorraine Kelly:
40 Unforgettable Years

There is no doubting the accuracy of this career retrospective’s title, because who could fail to remember every single annum of the daytime host’s broadcasting history? The Hunt for Lady Olive and the German Submarine

His swashbuckling career with Wigan Warriors is revisited, as is his remarkable, injury-hit final season with Catalans Dragons. It’s a robust sporting fairytale. Jack Seale
