First stop: Japan, where people eat on average 300 fewer calories a day than in the UK, the government broadcasts a national workout every morning and employee health checks are a legal requirement. After its domination at the recent Golden Globes, it could be another big night for Succession – with its 27 nominations – at this year’s Emmys, which were delayed due to the Hollywood strikes. The Last of Us, Ted Lasso and The Marvelous Mrs Maisel also have plenty of nods. HR
