The star of Farmer Wants a Wife has proved he's lucky in love and real estate.
The 41-year-old star of the Seven Network reality series Andrew Coleman sold his three-bedroom, one-bathroom house in Broken Hill this month for $75,500 more than he paid for it in 2007.
The sale came a short time before it was revealed on Sunday night that the farmer from Narromine had fallen for Claire Saunders on the popular rural dating show.
Mr Coleman took to Instagram to bid farewell to his first home and thank agency LJ Hooker Broken Hill for the team's hard work.
"Great weekend at Broken Hill saying goodbye to my first-ever home," he captioned his Instagram.
"Lots of good memories here, thanks @ljhooker for all your hard work."
Mr Coleman bought the property in 2007 for $149,500 and sold it for $225,000.
The principal of LJ Hooker Broken Hill Tara Nadge, who sold Mr Coleman's property, said the television star was great to work with during the marketing and sale of his property at 163 Newton Street.
She said it was nice to be acknowledged by Mr Coleman in his Instagram post and to see his come back to Broken Hill and make one last visit to his home following the sale.
According to Ms Nadge, while Mr Coleman had previously lived in the property, most recently it was used as a rental, charging $230 per week.

"It's a solid little house," Ms Nadge said.
However she admits she didn't realise her seller was on Farmer Wants A Wife until he returned to Broken Hill when the sale was being finalised.
While not an avid watcher of the show, Ms Nadge said she'd caught snippets of the series, and knew who Mr Coleman was.
"We always dealt with him on the phone and by email, because he wasn't in town, and on the show they don't say their last names," she said.
"It wasn't until he just turned up - we thought his face looked familiar - that we figured it all out."
Ms Nadge said Broken Hill is no stranger to television and film stars.
The Seven Network is currently filming parts of its drama RFDS in the town, and renting a couple of properties for accommodation and to double as locations such as a medical clinic.
Last year Chris Hemsworth and Anya Taylor-Joy lead the cast of Mad Max Furiosa which was also shot there.
