TV presenter Ria Hebden 'gutted' about being in Dancing on Ice skate off

TV presenter Ria Hebden has told she is 'gutted' to be in the skate-off on ITV ’s Dancing on Ice this Sunday.

Ria made her debut in the primetime showcase alongside skating professional Lukasz Rozycki in last Sunday's show performing to the Harry Styles hit ‘Treat Each Other With Kindness’.

Appearing on today's Lorraine, Ria said: "I'm feeling motivated. Last week I was gutted after working so hard.

"That fire in my belly has been royally lit. I'm so proud that I came third overall in the judge's scores."

And sharing a montage of her rehearsals on the ice so far she told fans on Twitter : "We didn't come this far to only come this far! Lukasz and I are so looking forward to showing you our next skate this Sunday on @dancingoniceon @ITV."

"Thanks for all your love & support on our skating journey! See you on the telly from 6.30pm."

Ria Hebden admits she was disappointed to be in the skate-off but is looking forward to Sunday (ITV)

Fans of the TV presenter were quick to heap praise on her performance with many saying she didn't deserve to be in the skate-off.

One tweeted: "Good luck I’ll be voting for you. You were brilliant last week and definitely did NOT deserve to be in the skate off."

Another added:" You don’t deserve to be in the skate off, you were so much better than Bez. I really hope that you don’t get voted out this week, you deserve to be in the show for longer as you have so much more to give. Good luck, go for it, I’ve got everything crossed for you."

Ria and viewers are yet to find out who they will be competing against, as the second half of the celebrity skaters will perform in this Sunday's show before the lowest ranked performer will join her in the skate-off.

This weekend's celebrity skaters include Love Island ’s Liberty Poole and rugby union star Ben Foden and Paul Gascoigne’s son Regan Gascoigne.

*Dancing On Ice will be shown on ITV on Sunday from 6.30pm.
