Homes Under the Hammer presenter Martin Roberts appeared live on ITV's Good Morning Britain on Monday to discuss his 26-hour journey to help deliver aid to the Ukranian refugees.
The BBC presenter, 58, has been updating his followers on Instagram about his journey, and one of his most recent clips has gone viral as he got emotional leaving a Costco.
Martin was buying Calpol in bulk in the wholesale store in order to bring the medicine to kids on the border - but the law states that only two can be sold per person.

So, many locals came together and bought two bottles each, then giving them to Martin outside the store in a selfless act of kindness for strangers.
Martin got emotional to see so many people band together to help those in need.
Martin is delivering important supplies to the border, from food and water to defibrillators and life-saving medicine for those feeling the war-torn area in Ukraine.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain on Monday morning, Martin said: "I set off from Bournemouth which is where the organisation I am helping is based, called Bournemouth to Ukraine.
"I went across to the ferry, travelled through France and the Netherlands, and Belgium, then down through Germany, and all the way through Poland.
"I am heading today to the border Medyka, which is the border between Ukraine and Poland, which is 20km from where the shelling happened yesterday.
"I am filled with a great sense of purpose but a little bit of trepidation as well."
Martin's heroic efforts come as the UK's response has been slow in the face of the biggest refugee crisis in Europe since the Second World War, with around 2.2 million people having fled Ukraine so far.
