Turkish president tests positive for Covid-19

Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said he and his wife tested positive for Covid-19.

"We have mild symptoms which we learned to be the Omicron variant," Erdogan said in a Twitter post on Saturday.

"We are on duty. We will continue our work from home. We ask for your prayers," the message said.
