President Trump also claimed that the Obama administration provided Ukraine with 'sheets' while his administration supplied Javelin anti-tank missiles. This assertion is misleading. While the Obama administration did not provide weapons to Ukraine, it did offer more than $600 million in security assistance between 2014 and 2016.
