Days after former President Donald Trump expressed opposition to mail-in voting in an interview, an electronic sign inside the arena where he is scheduled to speak is encouraging attendees to 'secure a mail-in ballot today.' Trump is set to address the audience at the 1st Summit Arena in Johnstown, Pennsylvania later today. The sign also highlights important dates that Pennsylvania voters should keep in mind.

This messaging is in line with the ongoing efforts of Republicans to promote the use of mail-in ballots among voters in the Keystone State. The Republican National Committee and Trump's campaign have recently launched a new website aimed at providing easy access to Pennsylvania's election resources. This platform allows voters to directly request mail-in or absentee ballots.

However, on the same day the campaign unveiled the website, Trump expressed his direct opposition to mail-in voting during an interview with Dr. Phil. He stated, 'Mail-in ballots shouldn't be allowed.' Trump emphasized the need for control and proposed a simple change, advocating for same-day voting where everybody participates.
