This is not the first instance of Trump using derogatory language towards political opponents. The New York Times previously reported that Trump referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as 'retarded' while soliciting donations from top GOP donors for his campaign.

Throughout his political career, Trump has been known for employing offensive and disparaging language to attack rivals. He has frequently targeted Biden, referring to him as 'mentally impaired' during campaign rallies. Despite some GOP allies advising him to focus on policy issues and refrain from personal attacks, Trump has continued to use inflammatory language against his opponents.
