Donald Trump praised King Charles as he revealed the date for his second UK state visit.
The US president was invited to the UK in a personal letter from the monarch, which was given to Trump by Sir Keir Starmer on his visit to America earlier this year.
Trump was asked about the visit during an Oval Office meeting on Thursday (17 April).
He said: I have great respect for King Charles and the family William, we we have, it's really just a great respect for the family, and it's a very great honor that. And I think they're setting a date for September.”
