Trump Attorney General Candidate Declares War on Trump Rivals: 'F--k Unity'

A leading candidate for the Trump administration's attorney general has posted violent threats against the President-elect's political opponents, demonstrating the willingness of potential cabinet picks to go to great lengths to earn Trump's favor.

"Here's my current mood: I want to drag their dead political bodies through the streets, burn them, and throw them off the wall. (Legally, politically, and financially, of course.)" wrote conservative political activist Mike Davis to X (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday.

"Fact Check: True," Davis continued, responding to his own post being broadcast on television.

Davis made this threat after other posts he'd made in which he seemingly accuses supporters of the Democratic Party of trying to kill the President-elect, indicating that working towards bipartisan understandings would be futile.

"F--k unity," he wrote. "We have the votes. And they tried to kill Trump."

Trump faced two assassination attempts: one at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, and one while golfing at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. Both attempts were perpetrated by gunmen who identified as Republicans.

Davis, who refers to himself as "Trump's viceroy", also threatened Special Counsel Jack Smith over his role in the legal action Trump has faced following the Jan. 6 Capitol riots.

"Dear Jack Smith: Lawyer up," Davis wrote.
