Trump Attorney Argues Social Media Posts Don't Violate Gag Order

: Former U.S. President Donald Trump campaigns in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire

During a recent court session, Trump attorney Todd Blanche made a case that three social media posts by Donald Trump, which prosecutors claim violate a gag order, are not in violation. As the prosecutor read out the posts, Trump was observed leaning forward with his elbows resting on the defense table.

Blanche argued that the witnesses often make statements about Trump and that the former President is merely responding to repeated salacious attacks by these witnesses. He emphasized that Trump is not specifically targeting individuals with his posts.

The judge has not yet made a ruling on this matter, leaving the situation unresolved for the time being.
