A conspicuous bruise on President Donald Trump's right hand has resurfaced, just days after he touted receiving the "highest mark" during a nearly five-hour physical exam.
Photos captured on Thursday show a large discoloration on Trump's hand, similar to the one that first drew attention in February. At the time, the White House attributed the mark to an "aggressive handshake."
Medical experts questioned the explanation, suggesting the bruise's size and location may indicate a more serious underlying issue, including vascular or blood-thinning complications.
Notably, at the same event, Trump is photographed covering the bruised right hand with his left.

The White House released limited details of the president's physical, stating he was in "excellent health for his age" and that no follow-up was necessary. Afterward, Trump relayed praise from one of his doctors who reportedly told him, "Sir, I've never seen anybody get that kind of—that was the highest mark."
Later, he reiterated the exam's success, insisting his physical "came out perfecto." However, the discoloration on Trump's right hand may cast doubt over the results for some.
