President-elect Donald Trump has announced that four of his top campaign advisers will be joining his White House senior staff in his upcoming administration. The individuals appointed are Dan Scavino, Stephen Miller, James Blair, and Taylor Budowich.
Stephen Miller will be taking on the role of assistant to the president, as well as serving as deputy chief of staff for policy and homeland security adviser. This appointment aligns with previous reports that Miller would be filling the position of deputy chief of staff for policy.
James Blair, who previously held the position of Trump campaign and Republican National Committee political director, will now be serving as assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff for legislative, political, and public affairs.
Dan Scavino will also be assuming the role of assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff in the White House.
Taylor Budowich has been named assistant to the president and deputy chief of staff for communications and personnel.
In a statement, President-elect Trump expressed his confidence in the abilities of these individuals, stating, 'Dan, Stephen, James, and Taylor were 'best in class' advisors on my winning campaign, and I know they will honorably serve the American people in the White House. They will continue to work hard to Make America Great Again in their respective new roles.'
