TRNSMT 2022: Glasgow 'cup collector' hailed 'queen' after TikTok appeal video goes viral

The third and final day of TRNSMT is now underway with Lewis Capaldi set to take to the main stage later tonight to end the show.

The three-day music festival took place this week starting July 8 and concluding today.

But now as things are set to end, a festival-goers has taken to social media to launch an appeal to find a woman who was seen at the gig over the weekend.

Taking to TikTok, Christie Anderson uploaded a video showing a woman carrying multiple cups stacked twice her height as she collected them from other people.

Writing the appeal in her caption she said: "Help me find this girl through the power of TikTok to tell her she done a smashing job collecting cups at TRNSMT hahahaha."

And it seems as though the power of TikTok worked with people tagging her in the comment section having been viewed nearly 40,000 times.

Admitting it was her, Jasmine Mclean was seen by multiple people on the day with many calling her a "queen" however she also wrote in the comments section and as it turns out, she may have carried one too many.

She revealed: "I was too late to hand them in sadly all the bars had shut. So I took them home with me. My parents weren’t too happy."

Taking to the comment section of the original video, many found the video hilarious with one writing: "Ahhh the days of takin' Irn Bru bottles back tae the shop."
