The final countdown is on for TRNSMT as ticket holders prepare for a weekend of live music.
The three-day music festival will take over Glasgow Green where around 50,000 will attend daily to see the likes of Paolo Nutini, Lewis Capali, Wolf Alice and The Strokes. TRNSMT runs from Friday July 8 to 10.
The music festival which replaced T in the Park, although people can't camp over night, is celebrating its fifth year and with the line up being announced, fans can plan their day accordingly. There are four stages at the festival where a total of 26 of acts will perform.

As for travel, you can read how to get to Glasgow Green here but getting home may prove a tricky for some as ScotRail warn that there are limited trains after the final acts of TRNSMT.
A spokesperson for TRNSMT said: “We’ve been reaching out and sharing messages to encourage fans to plan their travel arrangements ahead of the festival so they can enjoy a much deserved fun weekend of music and entertainment. Anyone coming along should regularly check timetables if they need to use the train network and as always, there are a wide range of transport options in place including multiple bus providers, Glasgow’s subway system, taxis, and car sharing so fans should look at alternative options and plan ahead.”
ScotRail have said: "Due to the temporary timetable currently in place, there will be a very limited number of trains out of Glasgow city centre after 11pm on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday night. These are:
- 11:05pm Glasgow Central to Neilston
- 11:17pm Glasgow Central to East Kilbride
- 11:21pm Glasgow Central to Gourock
- 11:22pm Glasgow Queen Street to Stirling
- 11:30pm Glasgow Central to Ayr
- 11:45pm Glasgow Queen Street to Edinburgh Waverley
"There will be no trains departing Glasgow city centre after TRNSMT ends at 11pm on Sunday, July 10.
"ScotRail is advising customers that space on board the last services each night is limited, and no rail replacement transport is available, so customers should plan ahead, check their entire journey, and know what alternative modes of transport are available to them.
"Fans travelling to TRNSMT on Saturday, 9 and Sunday, 10, from the North and South West Scotland may see buses replace trains for part of their journey due to Network Rail engineering work between Inverness and Aberdeen, and between Dumfries and Kilmarnock. Customers should take this into account when planning their journey. Customers are also encouraged to buy their train tickets in advance via the mTicket system on the ScotRail app."
