TRNSMT 2022: Everything you need to know including lineup, weather, and timings

Glasgow is hosting TRNSMT festival this weekend, which will see performances from headlines like Paolo Nutini, The Strokes, Lewis Capaldi, Foals, Wolf Alice, Fontaines D.C., Sigrid, and Beabadoobee.

Taking place over three days, TRNSMT festival will see Scotland’s music fans descend on Glasgow Green.

If you’re heading out to the festival this weekend, find out everything you need to know below.

TRNSMT stage timings

TRNSMT festival will take place over three days, on Friday, July 8, Saturday, July 9, and Sunday, July 10.

Gates open at midday and the festival finishes at 11pm, while the VIP area will stay open until midnight.

On Friday, Sam Fender will be on stage at 7.15pm, The Skinner Brothers will be on at 7.50pm, Beabadoobee will be on at 8.20pm, and Paolo Nutini will perform at 9.10pm.

On Saturday, Foals will perform at 7.40pm, Baby Strange will be on at 7.50pm, Jimmy Eat World will be on at 8.30pm, and The Strokes will be on at 9.20pm.

On Sunday, Wolf Alice will perform at 7.40pm, The Reytons will perform at 7.50pm, Easy Life will be on stage at 8.25pm, and Lewis Capaldi will be on at 9.20pm.

TRNSMT Friday lineup

On the main stage will be Paolo Nutini, Sam Fender, Nile Rodgers & Chic, Tom Grennan, The Lathums, Ella Henderson, and The Bootleg Beatles.

King Tut’s Stage will host performances from Beabadoobee, M Huncho, Saint Phnx, Callum Beattie, Luke La Volpe, Brooke Combe, and Kitti.

The River Stage audience will see The Skinner Brothers, Stone, Terra Kin, Finn Askew, Dead Pony, The Roly Mo, and Etta Marcus.

Finally, at The Boogie Bar, Beth, K4cie, Nico Balducci, and Dan South will perform.

TRNSMT Saturday lineup

Saturday’s Main Stage lineup features The Strokes, Foals, The Snuts, Fontaines D.C., Years & Years, Example, Griff, and Dylan.

King Tut’s Stage will host performances from Jimmy Eat World, Maximo Park, Self Esteem, Wet Leg, Kennyhoopla, Pip Millett, Retro Video Club, and CVC.

At the River Stage, Baby Strange, Pip Blom, CMAT, Parliamo, George O’Hanlon, Medicine Cabinet, and Bemz will perform.

The Boogie Bar will host Hayley Zalassi, Aisha, Elisha, and Bruce Glenny.

TRNSMT Sunday lineup

Sunday’s Main Stage lineup features Lewis Capaldi, Wolf Alice, DMA’s, Sigrid, Mimi Webb, Sigala, Dylan John Thomas, and Nina Nesbitt.

On King Tut’s Stage, Easy Life, Gang Of Youths, Thomas Headon, Jamie Webster, Alfie Templeman, Mae Muller, Everyone You Know, and Crawlers will perform.

The River Stage will host The Reytons, Rianne Downey, Connor Fyfe, Dylan Fraser, Luz, Bonnie Kemplay, and Alex Amor.

Finally, The Boogie Bar’s lineup features Hannah Laing, Maria Airam, Frankie Elyse, and Bruce Glenny.

TRNSMT Festival weather forecast

Friday in Glasgow will see highs of 18 degrees, and will be mostly cloudy, but will get drier and brighter in the afternoon.

On Saturday, Glasgow will see highs of 19 degrees. It will be mostly dry and fine, with a mix of sun and clouds through the afternoon and evening.

Sunday will see highs of 20 degrees and is expected to be cloudy in the morning, before a sunny afternoon and evening.

Tickets for Friday and Saturday have sold out but tickets for Sunday are available from Ticketmaster.
