Tristan Thompson 's baby mama Maralee Nichols has reportedly demanded he pay her $47,000 (£35,000) a month towards child support for their son Theo.
It comes after the 31-year-old basketball player "refused" to pay costs to help fund child support for his third child.
He is currently embroiled in a legal battle with fitness model Maralee - who welcomed their baby in December 2021 - and things have heated up, according to US Weekly.
Maralee filed paperwork at a Los Angeles court at the beginning of March, stating the Chicago Bulls player has an "income of $9.7million (£7.4million) alone".
She has requested a "guideline monthly child support of $47,424" according to the publication.
Tristan's baby mama has reportedly asked the court to order the NBA star to pay her legal fees, which has exceeded by $1million.
Maralee claimed that her newborn baby "and I are living at a far depressed standard of living than Tristan".
She added: "I have made a tremendous effort to reduce my spending. Previously, my average month's expenses for clothing were in excess of $5,000 a month."
Tristan is also dad to Khloe Kardashian's daughter True, as well as five-year-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig. He currently pays child support for Prince.
In January, Tristan confirmed he is the father of Maralee's child.
After he shared the paternity results, he issued a lengthy public apology to Khloe - who he was in an on/off relationship with over the years.
Maralee previously claimed Tristan has made no attempt to visit their son since he was born.
Her rep Harvey Englander told Page Six: "Despite news reports stating otherwise, Tristan Thompson has done nothing to support his son.
"He has not made any attempt to meet their son nor has he provided any financial assistance."
Khloe recently opened up to Variety about the Kardashians' upcoming Hulu show and revealed it will touch on Tristan's infidelity.
She said: "It will be addressed on the show. We try as a family to protect the privacy of our partners or significant others since they didn't really sign up for this; we did.
"But if something is really public like this was, it would be strange if Tristan was a part of the show and then all of a sudden he disappears and we don't ever talk about it."
Khloe concluded: "Viewers will almost feel slighted, like we aren't sharing things and it's not as real.
"So yes, we do address it. I always try to be as respectful as possible, but it is reality."
