Tristan Thompson hinted he’s moving on as he shared a cryptic quote amid rumours ex Khloe Kardashian was spotted with Trey Songz.
The couple, who share daughter True Thompson, have been rocked by countless allegations of infidelity since they began dating in 2016, including the basketball player’s rumoured tryst with Kylie Jenner ’s former BFF Jordyn Woods.
However, the final nail in the coffin was the bombshell news that Tristan had fathered another child with personal trainer Maralee Nichols, and in court documents, the sportsman said he was actually engaged to Khloe when his mistress was pregnant.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star promptly dumped Tristan, and in a grovelling post on social media, he apologised to Khloe for the “heartache and humiliation I have caused you”.
But it looks like the 31-year-old is hoping to move on, after Khloe was spotted with former boyfriend Trey at Justin Bieber ’s party in West Hollywood over the weekend.
“Let the future excite you rather than making you feel anxious. Let the present be a gift to you to feel alive rather than a curse that makes you live in the past or future,” read the quote, which Tristan shared on his Instagram Stories.
The NBA star, who currently plays with the Chicago Bulls, has been desperately trying to win Khloe back by sending her friends lavish bouquets of flowers.
Tristan is also dad to son Prince, 4, with ex Jordan Craig, as well as daughter True, 3, and newborn son Theo, who was born in December last year.
Khloe and Trey were spotted sitting next to each other in a booth at Justin’s intimate bash on Saturday at The Nice Guy club, and were chatting all night, according to Page Six .
Khloe spent most of the evening with her former beau, despite her bodyguard remaining close by at all times.
The couple previously dated in 2016, after they were spotted kissing at a club in Las Vegas.
Khloe and Trey even attended Kevin Hart’s wedding together in August that year, but their romance fizzled out, and by September, she was with Tristan.
It's not yet known if the basketball player will be making an appearance on the famous family's new Hulu reality show, The Kardashians, but Khloe confirmed the split will be played out on screen.
