Pontins guests have shared their horror reviews of one of the holiday resorts - with reports of urine covered floors, a 'rusty fridge and stained curtains.
Disgruntled customers have taken to the internet to complain about their 'awful' and 'disgusting' trips to the Pontins Camber Sands resort.
Countless reviews from just days ago are plastered all over popular holiday review site Tripadvisor, with the number of 'terrible' reviews continuing to rise. The number of terrible reviews has been edging closer to 3000 (2869), rising from 2707 last July, reports My London.
Writing just days ago on Tripadvisor, one disgruntled holidaymaker said: "I'm honestly worried why this place hasn't been shut down.
"First of all, we arrived after a long journey in the car to get to this place with tired children and then we have to wait about half an hour for them to "clean" our room."
She continued: "I then find stains along the curtains and a rusty fridge, alongside cobwebs around the place. We go to check the bathroom to find excrement in our toilet and bugs in the bathtub, including stains of some sort on our beds. Mostly every attraction was closed."
According to the Pontins website, the Camber Sands resort offers a variety of local attractions, including a children's play park.
However, according to one recent passenger also speaking on TripAdvisor, only a handful of attractions were open.
They said that only the pub and amusement arcade were open, with the play park padlocked shut.
Another user wrote yet another scathing comment following a recent visit, listing off a huge list of complaints.
These ranged from complaints about mouldy-looking and dusty the room was, with a urine spillage reportedly on the floor.
They added that there was rubbish under the sofa and on the bedroom floor when they arrived, with work surfaces covered in food waste.
The Mirror has contacted Pontins Camber Sands for comment.
