Birmingham-based debt investment firm Frontier Development Capital has added three new faces to its team.
Charlie Robinson has joined the growth capital team as investment director from YFM Equity Partners and will use his experience working in private equity investment in small businesses to drive new deal opportunities.
Lindsay Bevan has joined the city centre firm as property portfolio manager, bringing expertise in banking and customer relationship management from her time with Barclays.
She will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring Frontier's growing portfolio across the real estate sector.
Completing the trio of new recruits is marketing apprentice Hattie Maxfield who is assisting with the digital marketing function for the business.

In other appointments news, law firm FBC Manby Bowdler has appointed Claire Bentick as a senior associate in its litigation team.
Based at the Redditch office, she will be dealing with a wide range of aspects of commercial litigation for her clients including contract disputes, property disputes between landlords and tenants, debt recovery and insolvency.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and will be working alongside partner Gareth Ruddock and senior associate Andrew Verlander.
Lloyds Bank has appointed a new regional director in the Midlands.
Dave Atkinson, who was born in West Bromwich, will return to the Birmingham office in Colmore Row to oversee Lloyds Bank's SME and mid-corporate operations across the Midlands and South Wales.
He previously held the role between 2012 and 2014 and arrives after spending three years as regional director of Lloyds Bank's operations in the East of England.
He brings 34 years of experience to the team, having started his career with Lloyds Bank in Birmingham in 1988.
The Asian Business Chamber of Commerce in Birmingham has unveiled its new-look executive committee.
Jason Wouhra, chief executive of Lioncroft Wholesale, is commencing his second year as president and is joined by Amina Hussain and Omar Rashid as new vice-presidents.
Ms Hussain is the founder and director of SME Outsourcing, a firm providing a range of accountancy services to SMEs, and Mr Rashid is a franchisee of outsourcing firm HR Dept. Amer Awan and Sapreena Kumari have also joined the committee.

Justine Howl has been hired as marketing, PR and communications manager following a career spanning more than 20 years at Birmingham Airport.
As head of communications, she was responsible for developing the airport's marketing strategy as well as leading on internal communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and events activity and crisis management.
In her new role, she will focus on building Entec Si's brand and positioning within its core markets.
Sushila Vadukul is the firm's new managing consultant.
Her appointment follows six years working as a senior business analyst and requirements manager at Capita, where she developed skills in stakeholder management, systems implementation and the delivery of business transformation programmes.
In her new role, Sushila will work alongside principal consultant Tim Powlson to support clients across the local government and healthcare sectors.
Media planning and buying agency BBJ&K has promoted its former apprentice Amber Townsend to operations director.
She joined the Birmingham-based firm as an apprentice via the Creative Alliance scheme in 2016 as the business was formed by managing director Emma Baxter and media strategy director John Keane. It has since grown from a team of four to 20 people.
Ms Baxter said: "We recognised Amber's skills and embraced the opportunity to develop them.
"We're a growing agency, and we need a mix of people to create and deliver media strategies for our clients but we don't necessarily always look to graduates when recruiting."
Lorraine Gregory has been appointed as the new regional director for the Civil Engineering Contractors Association for the Midlands, succeeding Dawn Karakatsanis who has held the post for four-and-a-half years.
The trade body supports members in the civil engineering and construction sector with training, networking and information. Ms Gregory has joined from the Construction Industry Training Board.
