Trinny Woodall is fighting coronavirus, after catching it while caring for sick loved ones.
After taking a break from social media, the telly star returned on Wednesday to talk to fans from her sick bed.
Wearing an old blue shirt and free of makeup, the 56-year-old explained: "I'm just getting over a little bit of corona and I just haven't been up for chatting."
She said the illness was "horrible" and she was "very tired".
Trinny said: "I did feel really horrible until the middle of last night, probably until 5am this morning, and then I went back to sleep had a few days of feeling horrible."

The mother-of-one - she is a single mum to 17-year-old daughter Lyla Elichaoff - said she had been caring for sick "loved ones" when she fell ill.
She said: "Christmas I'd been looking after people around me who had corona, and I thought I was invincible.
"I was really careful with them in the household, wearing gloves and protective clothing and then in the end I was just wearing the mask and stuff and then I got it too."
And Trinny, who is dating Charles Saatchi, shared how she was tackling the virus by taking supplements, paracetamol and drinking plenty of water.

"I think I just feel very very tired," she added. "Not the way I want to come into fighting January that's for sure, but then I'll be, actually I felt now I'd get on here and speak to you guys.
"I had a bit of a chest infection too so that was why, but send me health manifestation as I'm not feeling my strong self, I miss talking to you, and so I thought I should just get on the phone now."

It's been a tough few months for the fashion expert, who lost her mum Ann following a battle with vascular dementia in October.
Trinny - who often presents the fashion segments on ITV's This Morning - took to social media to pen: "Darling Mummy 1930-2020."
