Trinny Woodall proves that age is nothing but a number as she flashed her incredibly taut body in a bikini on holiday.
The television fashion stylist, who made her name alongside Susannah Constantine with their show What Not To Wear, enlisted the help of her 15-year-old daughter Lyla to model swimsuits for Instagram .
Trinny, 55, shared tips on the best ways for her followers to pick the right style bikini for their body explaining that as she had aged she needed more support and a different style.
Opting for the £160 tiny two piece the beauty guru said: "I spent years wearing little string bikinis, but my body has slightly changed."
To demonstrate her point Trinny slouched over explaining that she now needed to make sure she held her posture and that the structured strapless bikini helped.
She then brought her lookalike teen daughter on screen who was wearing an identical bikini but in a different colour.
Imitating her mum Lyla explained her decision behind the colour choice: "I'm wearing the teal blue bikini because it complements my tan, brown eyes and brown hair."
Lyla wasn't the only model on hand to help her mum, she was joined by her friends Honor and Anna who each donned purple and pink versions of the swimwear by brand Eres.
The fashion expert, who shares daughter Lyla with her late ex-husband Johnny Elichaoff, is on holiday in Portugal.
She is currently dating businessman Charles Saatchi and has credited him in helping her raise her her daughter and step-son Zak, following her ex's death in 2014.
