If the pandemic has taught us one thing, it's that the pressures of Zoom are inescapable.

I doubt I'm alone in admitting that, during virtual meetings, it is my own face I sit and examine.

Who'd have thought that all my face needed was a swipe of Tilbury's bronzer? Certainly not I.

Housed in her signature rose-gold packaging, the Airbrush Flawless Finish Bronzer is the newest addition to Tilbury's best-selling Airbrush range, which also includes the Airbrush Flawless Finish Foundation and the Airbrush Flawless Finish Powder.

Tilbury's skin products indeed make for a flawless finish, but my make-up taste has always teetered more on the effortless and thrown-together side. Would the two marry? It came as a welcome surprise then that the new Airbrush bronzer has rapidly became my go-to quarantine-face product. I'm not alone; the product amassed a 5,000-person waiting list before it had even launched.

While most matte bronzers have a chalky appearance once applied to the face, there's no sign of chalkiness here. The Airbrush bronzer is mattifying without dulling, and glow-enhancing without shimmering. And with four shades to choose from, no matter your bronzing preference, there's a hue for you.

I've been applying it with Tilbury's compact kabuki brush, The Air Brush (£32, buy now), on top of moisturiser and with a little dab of blusher on top and, just like that, it's no longer so hard to look at myself on Zoom.
