Tributes to 'one of a kind' Dylan Bacon who was stabbed to death in Old Swan
Tributes have been left at the scene of a fatal stabbing in Old Swan.
Dylan Bacon was pronounced dead at Rock Grove on Monday, March 16 after suffering stab wounds. People have paid tribute to the 'funniest and loyal' man who has been described as a ' Swan legend.'
The 39-year-old was found lying in the road by officers at around 9pm. A 25-year-old woman in a nearby property was also found with stab wounds.

Merseyside police have charged Learna Cheng, aged 25, of Rock Grove with murder. She appeared in court this morning on Wednesday, March 16.

Child sex offender flouts court order for eighth time but avoids jail again
A child sex offender flouted a court order for an eighth time by flying to Faro for a holiday.
Gary Healey travelled to Faro with his fiancée without telling police about the trip or that he had obtained a passport. Daniel Bramhall, prosecuting, told Liverpool Crown Court how the Home Office contacted police on October 22 last year about Healey having left the country.
Five days later, Healey’s sex offender manager spoke to him on the phone. Healey, 46, had been placed on the sex offenders' register for seven years in 2017 after being convicted of inciting a girl under 16 to engage in sexual activity, which earned him a suspended prison sentence.

Health warning as covid rates shoot up across Merseyside
Public health bosses have warned of rising Covid-19 cases across Merseyside.
New figures show there has been a rise registered cases of coronavirus in all boroughs of the region in the past week. ECHO analysis shows that in some Merseyside areas, rates have nearly doubled over the past week.
Last night, Liverpool's Public Health Director Matt Ashton took to twitter to warn: "Covid cases are rising again." He also reinforced the importance of vaccination against Omicron wave of the virus, adding: "Omicron isn’t mild, vaccination makes the impact of Omicron milder."
