Tributes have poured in for a Scots coffee shop owner following her sudden and tragic death.
Wendy Haggath, the co-owner of Aberdeenshire -based Symposium Coffee, sadly passed away in her sleep last week.
The 42-year-old's husband, Paul, paid tribute to his wife on their business' Facebook account.
He wrote: "My darling Wendy-Louise tragically passed away in her sleep. My girls and I are devastated.
"We have a big and strong family around us but I ask for you to keep us in your thoughts and prayers.
"So disappointed, Paul xx."
The mum-of-four set up the firm alongside Paul 17 years ago.
All of the company's coffee houses were closed at the weekend as a result of the tragedy.
Customers and friends paid condolences to Wendy's family, with one person describing her as "one of the loveliest and unbelievably kind people."
Dianne Stewart wrote: "There are no words Paul, she was one of the loveliest and unbelievably kind people I have had the pleasure of knowing.
"Whilst I only knew her for a short period of time she made a huge impact on me and I feel privileged to have known her. Thinking of you and the rest of the family."
Mhairi Phillip added: "I am so devastated to read this.
"I met Wendy many years ago when she was doing her level three childcare award. I think your eldest was just a baby.
"She was wonderful, compassionate, fun, loving and will be so sadly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
"Thoughts with you are your girls, her sisters and family. Just so so sorry x."
A statement from Symposium Coffee reads: "Due to an unexpected family bereavement, all coffee houses will be closed this weekend (Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th June).
"We'd ask everyone to please respect our family's privacy at this time.
"Thank you."
