Tributes have poured in for a "genuinely lovely person" and dad-of-four following a tragic workplace accident in Co Cavan.
Vincent (Vincy) Mooney sadly died at a business premises on the Kells Road, Bailieborough, on Thursday afternoon.
He was pronounced dead at the scene, and his body was removed to Cavan Mortuary.

A funeral notice reads: "Formerly of Clonagrowna, Carnaross. Tragically due to a work accident. Predeceased by his parents Vincent and Bridget.
"Sadly, missed by his loving family, heartbroken wife Helen, son Thomas, daughters Michelle, Emma and Jacqueline, brothers Sheamus (Jim) and Tom (Toddy), sister Kathleen (Glynn), aunts Judy and Delilah, grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, a wide circle of friends and work colleagues."
Vincent will be reposing at his home on Monday 7th, from 4pm to 9pm, with removal on Tuesday morning for 11am Funeral Mass in St. Colmcille's Church, Kells, with burial afterwards in St. Colmcille's Cemetery.
The local community have been left devastated by the loss, with many taking to social media to offer up their sympathies to the family.
Carnaross Gaelic Football Club wrote: "It is with deep regret that Carnaross GFC has learned of the passing of Vincy Mooney, a past player, following a workplace accident yesterday. We would like to extend our deepest condolences to the Mooney and McLoughlin families.
"Vincy was the youngest of four. His brothers Seamus (Jim) and Tom (Toddy) have both represented the club. Vincy was a member of the successful Junior winning team in 1991 and he also represented the club on the Meath U21 team.
"He will be fondly remembered by all his team mates as an honest hardworking player who's strength was really incredible.
"He will be sorely missed by all who had the privilege to line out with him. Vincy is affectionately remembered as a genuinely lovely person who would help anyone any way he could and he will be greatly missed.
“Go ndéna Dia trócaire ar a anam uasal.”
Another wrote: "Shocked to hear of the sad passing of Vincy a true gentleman i was privileged to know."
A third commented: "Very shocked to hear of Vincent's untimely passing.
"I have great memories from Adtec working with Vincy many years ago, what a great character!
"Our thoughts are with the Mooney family.
"Rest In Peace Vincy".
"Deepest sympathies to Helen, Thomas, Michelle, Emma, Jacqueline and the Mooney Family on the tragic passing of Vincy. Vincy was the loveliest man, who had a word, a smile and a joke for everyone, a man highly thought of, who will be deeply missed. Thinking of you all over the next few days, weeks and months ahead. May he Rest in Peace," wrote a fourth.
While a fifth said: "To Helen,Michelle,Thomas,Emma & Jacqueline we were so sad to hear the devastating news of poor Vincy. One of the nicest men I ever had the pleasure to work with always had time for a bit of craic and advice he will b sadly missed.we extend our sympathy to the Mooney and McLoughlin families. May Vincy rest in peace".
