"All who knew Lisa would testify that she was truly exceptional, fiercely committed to her family and a brilliant business woman, who had taken on the mantle from her father to grow Lisini in what it has become today.
"Mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend. A truly remarkable lady taken from us all too soon."
The 57-year-old was also was also a founding member of the Scottish Hospitality Group and former director of licensed trade charity The Ben.
Heartbroken locals took to social media to pay their respects to Lisa and her family after the announcement of her passing with people describing her as "lovely", "beautiful" and "remarkable".

Lisini said further: "After the heart-breaking passing of our leader Lisa Wishart yesterday, we have decided to hold the ball as planned.
"Lisa was absolutely devoted to the Lisini Family and the staff ball is all about recognising and rewarding the tireless dedication of staff that she held so dear, and it would have been her wish that we carried on."
Alice Lafferty Barclay posted: "So very very sad beautiful young lady and I am sure she would agree the show must go on.
"God bless your family back in the arms of your daddy."
