What is the Trek returns policy?
If you are thinking of returning your latest Trek purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to try out your bike or equipment before returning it. Please note that all returned items must be cleaned or laundered beforehand and, if they aren’t, they will be returned to you at your cost.

With this, you can enjoy your ride to its fullest without worrying about a potential hefty bill should something happen due to a manufacturing or material defect. Make sure to keep ahold of your proof of purchase because you’ll need this to initiate your warranty claim.
