Treetops has recently been reduced in price and is now listed for £1,195,000. According to Rightmove’s sales data, properties in Prenton had an overall average price of £211,912 over the last year.
Most of the sales during the last 12 months were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £229,417. Terraced properties sold for an average of £144,090, with flats fetching £125,753.
Overall, sold prices in the area were 7% down on the previous year and 18% up on the 2019 peak of £179,313.As Noctorum Road houses some of the biggest and luxurious properties in Prenton, homes are sold after being listed for much higher prices than the averages.
In 2021, a home listed for £650,000 on the road was sold, with others fetching more than half a million. Images on Rightmove show the bungalow is modern inside and has an open-plan living space.
