Travis Kelce channeled The Rock while calling out Cincinnati’s mayor after beating the Bengals

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce invoked the Cincinnati mayor and the Beastie Boys during his pro wrestling-ready AFC championship speech.

Kelce, never one to shy away from seizing the moment, called out Cincinnati Mayor Aftab Pureval after he engaged in the strangest trash talking of the 2022-23 NFL playoff season.

Pureval weirdly tried to troll Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes by suggesting Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow take a DNA test to show if he is Mahomes’ father.

Well, that attempt at trolling aged like spoiled chili with the Chiefs taking down the Bengals on Sunday to make it to the Super Bowl, 23-20.

Kelce did not let Cincy’s mayor live his trash talking down and threw in some love for the Beastie Boys along the way.

Well, that’s one way to get the Arrowhead Stadium crowd going.

Kelce has long been one of the NFL’s best personalities, and he seemed ready to jump in the ring and take a folding chair to anyone in a Bengals jersey after this epic trophy speech.

The Chiefs have plenty to be happy about after taking home the AFC crown, and Kelce will undoubtedly work for more opportunities to get hyped up in the weeks to come with a Super Bowl now on the line.
