The receptionist and actress from Kent found fame on the back-stabber hunting BBC programme.

Her followers rushed to wish the pair well following their big announcement.

One fan told her: "That’s fantastic congratulations to you both xx"

Another cheeky follower wrote: "Traitor, Traitor, Faithful, Traitor, Faithful, Traitor, BABY, Traitor, Traitor - congratulations!"

Maddy then posted the pic on Instagram and host Claudia Winkleman couldn't miss it, writing: "CONGRATULATIONS!".

She signed up for The Traitors due to her love of crime dramas and said she doesn’t want people to underestimate her.

Maddy was banished by her fellow faithful's a stage before the final.

She previously has said if she won the show she would give a lot of the money to her mum.

The mum-to-be told the BBC: “My mum has brought us up on her own and when we were younger, we were in a council house and I feel like I’ve owed her a lot of money over the years, so I’d love to give her some of the money.

"I feel like my mum's always been so selfless and I’d love to give her some back.”

It was revealed that Maddy played small roles in both EastEnders and Casualty - but it caused uproar on the show after she kept it quiet for the first few days.

She played a homeless woman called Rita in for one episode on Albert Square and Jasmine Madbury in Casualty in the last two years.

"I’d love to be in EastEnders again, I loved working with them," she explained.
