Health Minister of Lebanon confirmed that at least two children lost their lives in the recent pager attacks that took place on Tuesday. The tragic incidents occurred as many of the pagers exploded in homes where children were playing with the devices, resulting in severe injuries. The Minister highlighted the concerning nature of the injuries sustained by the victims during a news conference held on Wednesday.

The Health Minister's statement shed light on the devastating impact of the attacks, particularly on innocent children who were caught in the midst of the explosions. The incidents have raised serious concerns about the safety and security of individuals, especially in residential areas where such attacks have taken place.

Furthermore, the exact number of Hezbollah members who were killed in the explosions remains unknown. Despite inquiries made to Hezbollah lawmaker Hussein Haj Hassan regarding the casualties among the group, specific details were not disclosed. The lack of clarity surrounding the identities of the deceased individuals, including Hezbollah members, has added to the complexity of the situation.

The pager attacks have sparked outrage and condemnation from various sectors, with calls for a thorough investigation into the incidents to determine the perpetrators and prevent future tragedies. The loss of innocent lives, particularly children, has underscored the urgent need for enhanced security measures and vigilance to safeguard the well-being of the population.
