The body of a missing man has been found in the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
Justin Butterworth was first reported missing from the Nelson area in Lancashire on June 7, Lancs Live reports. Police launched an appeal for the public's help to find him and released a picture of him.
Officers have been searching for him since he went missing and today (June 29) confirmed that a body had been found. Formal identification has not taken place yet, but Lancashire Police said they believe it to be Justin.

His body was found in the Leeds and Liverpool Canal in Burnley. His death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be passed to the coroner, police added.
A statement posted on the Lancashire Police Facebook page said: "You may remember that we asked for your help in finding Justin Butterworth who has been missing from home in Nelson since 7th June. Yesterday, a body has sadly been found on the Leeds and Liverpool canal in Burnley.
"Although formal identification has not yet taken place, we believe that this is Justin. Our thoughts remain with his family at this incredibly difficult time.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious a and a file will be passed to HM Coroner in due course. We would like to say thank you to everyone who shared and supported our appeals."
