Firefighters from Dublin Fire Brigade spent much of Wednesday morning tackling a fire on Faussagh Avenue in Dublin with knock-on delays for drivers in the area.
The fire broke out overnight and was well established when crews arrived.
Flames could be scene on the roof of the building in Cabra by residents in the area with smoke bellowing from the scene throughout the night and this morning.

In a statement, Dublin Fire Brigade said: "Overnight, four fire engines responded to a well developed fire in a vacant building in Cabra. A turntable ladder from Tara Street fire station fought the fire from above and Dublin City Council crews provided us with increased water supplies to the fireground."
Crews remained at the scene overnight with the fire still raging on Wednesday morning.
Dublin Fire Brigade said: "Operations continued this morning at the vacant building fire on Faussagh Avenue in Cabra. There are traffic restrictions in place at the bridge with knock on delays."
By lunchtime on Wednesday, firefighters had the fire well under control but caution is still advised in the area.
