There are long delays on the M62 towards Greater Manchester this morning.
Traffic is reported to be queuing for at least 10-miles from junction 22 all the way back to junction 24 near Huddersfield.
This traffic is 'much heavier than normal' and is causing drivers delays of more than 45 minutes.
Our traffic partner Inrix reports that one lane is being blocked by a broken down vehicle just before junction 22 for Rishworth Moor causing the queues back to Ainsley Top (junction 24).
Motorway cameras confirm slow moving traffic with this stretch of the motorway extremely busy.
