The Only Way Is Essex star Danielle Armstrong reportedly 'felt forced' into revealing her pregnancy after her friends spotted signs that she was expecting.
Danielle, 34, said she's expecting again with her husband Tom Edney after taking three pregnancy tests.
The reality telly star took to Instagram last week to reveal the happy news just five months after the pair married in a lavish wedding ceremony in Hertfordshire.
Despite the TV personality hiding her pregnancy with tricks, Danielle reportedly felt 'forced' to announce it.
A source claimed: "She kept it on the down-low and didn't want anyone to know she was pregnant, because of the fertility struggles she's faced in the past.
"She kept it under wraps from everyone. She had friends speculating if she was pregnant because she wasn't drinking."
They went on to add to OK! : "But she didn't want to be forced to have to tell anyone. She felt uncomfortable and wanted to do it in her own time."
The Mirror has contacted Danielle's representatives for comment.
In mid-January, Danielle posted a black and white video as she held up three pregnancy tests, writing: "I wasn't sure!"
In the clip, Danielle gave her husband Tom a hug and a kiss before showing a glimpse of her daughter Orla, three, loving caressing her growing bump.
The reality star could be heard saying: "High five big sister!" to the little one, as she beamed at the camera.
The reality star wrote alongside the clip: "Baby Edney No2... Oh We Can't Wait To Meet You.
"We are absolutely over the moon that we will be adding another bubba to our family summer 2023".
Danielle and Tom already share a daughter Orla, with the reality star adding that the little one will be the 'most amazing big sister'.
She also gave her Instagram followers a glimpse of footage of her baby's first scan as well as a sweet snap of the growing family.
Meanwhile, at the end of August, Danielle and Tom tied the knot two years after he popped the question.
Speaking about her chosen location, Ashridge House, Danielle told OK!: "When we first viewed it, I cried. I just knew it was The One. It was perfect."
Ashridge House, which was the former royal residence of Henry VIII and Princess Elizabeth I, is set in 190 acres of stunning gardens with Grade I listed buildings.
