Junaid Ahmed is seen in tears in an exclusive teaser clip for tonight's episode of the Only Way is Essex (TOWIE) during a scene alongside his co-star Jordan Brook.
It's proved a challenging time for Junaid, 28, in recent episodes including him having opened up about not being accepted by his family because of his sexuality, while he has been seen feuding with fellow TOWIE stars.
More recently, he's been questioned over his behaviour towards some co-stars on the ITVBe show - which led to him being confronted by pals like Harry Derbidge, 29, and Saffron Lempriere who suggested that Junaid was "people pleasing everyone".
A teaser for this week's episode shows Junaid crying amid tension with Dani Imbert, 24, and Ella Rae Wise, 22 - which stems from his efforts to fix relationship with their arch-enemy Chloe Brockett, 22.
The clip shows Junaid - who joined the cast of the TOWIE last year - talking to co-star Jordan, 25, about recent events whilst in a bar together. He says: "It's just all gone t**s up".
Jordan responds: "Yeah, yeah, of course. It's hard." He further comments: "I've done it my entire life being friends with everyone. I don't like seeing you how you are now."
Addressing the situation, Junaid subsequently explains: "It just hurts Jord like I don't mean to be a bad person. Like I'm not a bad person, do you know what I mean?"
Junaid is seen in tears moments later as he adds: "It just hurts because the last two days I've just felt so s*** and I've just felt so on my own. I've never felt like this."
An emotional Junaid is shown wiping tears away from his eyes during the scene in the next episode, with Jordan offering some support by passing tissues to him.
Elsewhere in the upcoming episode, Roman Hackett, 20, dates both Dani and Chloe B. ITV has teased: "Will he be able to come to a firm decision before feelings are hurt?"
Tensions between Junaid, Dani and Ella are set to "reach an all-time high as the group comes to blows following his recent behaviour," with Harry potentially in the middle.
And it's been teased ahead of the episode that there is "a tearful admission" from Elma Pazar, 29, about her recent feelings towards co-star James 'Diags' Bennewith, 31.
The Only Way is Essex continues tonight (April 23) on ITVBe and ITVX from 9pm. You can catch up on previous episodes of the latest series through ITVX now.
