TOWIE's Amy Childs 'anxious' as she prepares for 'scariest' part of pregnancy with twins

The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs says she's feeling "anxious" as she prepares to welcome twins via c-section.

The 32-year-old expressed that she's "worried" about having a c-section as she's never had one before.

Amy is already a proud mum to daughter Polly, five, and son Ritchie, four, from previous relationships.

She's getting ready to welcome her twins and has been sharing her worries about the due date with her fans.

Taking to her Instagram page, Amy - who is welcoming her twins with Billy Delbosq - said: "So I’m 37 weeks now and the due date for the twins is just around the corner!!! It's so close!!

"This has actually been one of the scariest and worrying times of my pregnancy because I have booked in a c-section (so many of you have messaged me about my birth plan!!) but mums, I’ve never had one before and I've been so anxious…

"Polly and Ritchie were both born vaginally so all I can think about what having a c-section will be like!! I know it’s ridiculous but I’ve been so scared.

"I’m trying to be as calm as possible but I’ve read so many horror stories about c-sections online and it’s left me so worried."

She continued: "The @peanut app has been an amazing way to connect with other mums who understand. I have been reading stories from women who have shared their recovery. It's really helped me feel much more at ease.

"Basically, I’m trying not to stress and overthink everything but if you have any advice or information, please share in the comments!!

"If there are any new mums out there, or pregnant mums, or women trying for a baby, I would 100 percent recommend @peanut! It’s a safe space for us to meet, ask questions and have honest conversations about all things motherhood!!

"The panic hasn’t gone away, but speaking to other mums in the same situation has really helped me.. #peanutapp."

She recently revealed she has a large support team to help her when she gives birth.

Amy told Closer magazine that she has a midwife and a sleep expert. She also has her mum, dad and her boyfriend's family by her side.
