The stars of The Only Way Is Essex shot to fame back in 2010 when the first series of the reality show hit screens.
It was billed as a "semi-reality" show - with constructed storylines akin to a soap but without scripts.
The show made stars of the cast as viewers tuned in every week to follow the lives of Gemma Collins, James Argent, Mark Wright, Lauren Goodger and more.
Now 10 years later, very few of the original castmembers are still with the show as most have moved on to bigger and better things.
From gigs in America, to their own reality shows and marriage and babies - the former Towie are still going strong.
Mark Wright
Essex hunk Mark was a semi-professional footballer before turning to TV.
He joined Towie for the first season and fans were hooked on his romance with co-star Lauren Goodger.
The pair had been dating since they were 15 and they became Towie's golden couple - even getting engaged onscreen.
However, just months later the engagement ended in a fiery spat as Lauren accused mark of cheating with fellow castmate Lucy Mecklenburgh.
After ending his relationship of 11 years, Mark stayed with the show until 2011.
He went on to start dating former Coronation Street actress Michelle Keegan in late 2012 and they married in 2015.
Mark's career went from strength to strength, with him moving across the pond after landing a coveted job on US TV as a host of entertainment show EXTRA.
He's also taken part in shows such as I'm A Celebrity and Strictly over the years.
Lauren Goodger
After the breakdown of her relationship with Mark Wright, with her famously pushing him into a swimming pool, Lauren chose to stay with the show.
She remained with Towie until 2012, but returned for guest runs in 2015 and 2016.
Lauren remained on TV with slots on shows such as Dancing on Ice in 2013, and Celebrity Big Brother in 2014.
However, she's been unlucky in love and her last relationship, with jail bird Joey Morrisson, crumbled and she's believed to be single once more.
She's now devoted herself to her beauty business providing treatments like lip fillers and plugging brands on social media.
Lauren also has her own range of fake tan and false eyelashes.
Gemma Collins
The GC was simply known as Gemma when she started out on Towie.
Although not one of the original cast members, she was brought in a year after the show's launch and became one of the best-known stars of the show.
Car saleswoman Gemma attracted a loyal following of fans who tuned in every week to get their updates on her life and business.
During the show, she launched her own clothing boutique and had a brief enagagement to Rami Hawash, which lasted only a few weeks, before falling for co-star James Argent.
The pair dated in 2012, but it ended in heartbreak before they got back together in 2015 and the romance continued until this summer when they finally called it quits.
Although she remains part of the Towie cast, Gemma has branched out with stints in I'm a Celebrity, Celebrity Big Brother, Dancing On Ice, and Celebs Go Dating among others.
She also now boasts her own reality show, Diva Forever, which launched in 2019, and became Diva On Lockdown after the coronavirus crisis hit during filming of the latest series.
The GC also has her own clothing line, perfume business and a podcast for the BBC.
James Argent
Arg was among the original castmembers, and his romance with co-star Lydia Bright captivated audiences.
They were together from 2007 until 2012, and reunited for a brief spell from 2015 until 2016.
In his break from dating Lydia, he also dated Gemma and got back with her after his second stint with Lydia failed.
Over the years, Arg has battled issues with his weight as well as drug problems.
He admitted in a candid interview earlier this year that he'd spiralled into cocaine addiction which had nearly cost him his life.
However, he now appears to have got back on track and after the end of his romance with Gemma, he's spent much of the summer in Spain indulging his passion by working as a singer and entertainer.
Amy Childs
Amy was one of the original castmembers on Towie, starting out with the show from 2010 until 2011 before returning in 2020.
After leaving Towie, she threw herself into other TV work with appearances on shows such as Celebrity Big Brother and The Jump.
She also landed her own reality show, It's All About Amy, but it was axed after just one series,
Amy launched her own beauty clinic in Essex, and is now a devoted mum to two kids.
Ferne McCann
Ferne didn't join Towie until two years after its launch, but became one of the show's biggest stars.
A former Miss Essex, she dated co-star Charlie Sims for six years and was on Towie for three.
She exited in 2013, and her next role in I'm A Celebrity propelled her to the next level of fame - with regular slots on This Morning and Loose Women.
Ferne became a telly favourite with a stellar career, but her personal life took a dive in 2017 when her boyfriend Arthur Collins was accused of carrying out an acid attack in London.
He went on the run before being eventually arrested and eventually convicted of the crime, while Ferne confirmed she was pregnant with his child and planned to raise the baby alone.
She is now a single mum to daughter Sunday, and landed her own reality show, Ferne McCann: First Time Mum, which followed her journey.
Lucy Mecklenburgh
Lucy was one of the original Towie stars, staying with the show for three years through all the drama with Mark and Lauren.
She had her own love life drama on the show as she dated co-star Mario Falcone and got engaged to him onscreen.
However, the romance crumbled just as dramatically in 2012.
After leaving the show, Lucy went on to rebrand herself as a health and fitness expert and she found love with fellow TV star Ryan Thomas.
They welcomed a son, Roman, earlier this year.
Sam Faiers
Another original, Sam starred in 11 series of the show and even brought her sister Billie onboard to share her reality TV fame.
She dated co-star Joe Essex throughout, but took a break from the show in 2014 in part to work on her crumbling relationship with her boyfriend.
Sam went on to take part in CBB that year, and afterwards she shrugged off Joey and found love with new man Paul Knightley,
She re- launched her TV career after becoming a mum to baby Paul, with Sam Faiers: The Baby Diaries.
The venture was expanded to include her sister Billie became Sam and Billie Faiers: The Mummy Diaries.
Sam is now also mum to baby number two Rosie and is said to be finally planning her wedding to fiance Paul.
