The final stage of the Tour of Britain takes place this week and all ten Greater Manchester boroughs are included in the route.
That means the people of Wigan can head out and show their support to the cyclists as the begin to wrap up a gruelling 1,250-kilometre route which started in Glasgow on September 7.
On Saturday, September 14, the OVO Energy Tour of Britain arrives in the region as the peloton take on the final 165-kilometre's of the race starting in Altrincham.
The prestigious sporting event will reach its end in Manchester city centre on Sunday afternoon.

What time does the tour arrive in Wigan?
The race is expected to pass through the Wigan borough from 2pm to 2.30pm and spectators are being encouraged to line the route and cheer on the peloton.
What is the route in Wigan?
Riders will reach Wigan via B5239 Meadow Pit Lane before travelling on School Lane, B5239 Haigh Road, B5239 Bolton Road and Hall Lane.
The route will then take the A-roads, making its ways to Mort Lane for the start of the Salford leg.
Where are the best places to watch it?
You can watch the race from anywhere on the route but if you want to make a day of it, a free family fun day is being held at Haigh Woodland Park.
The race will be screened from start to finish as well as there being plenty of entertainment including a Velo Village and bike rides.
Will roads be closed?
Rolling road closures will be in place at each stage where traffic will be held for a short period whilst the race passes through.
The closure will approximately be in place for 15 to 20 minutes.
Motorists are being warned to avoid the route during these times and use alternative routes as delays are likely.
