Thousands of football fans held a touching tribute to Olivia Pratt-Korbel at the Carabao Cup clash between Tranmere Rovers and Newcastle United yesterday evening.
The whole of a packed Prenton Park stopped and clapped after nine minutes were on the clock in tribute Olivia Pratt-Korbel, the nine year old girl fatally shot in her own home on Monday.
A video taken during the game shows the whole stadium filled with applause, with everyone, whichever team they turned up to support, taking part to celebrate Olivia's life and to show solidarity with Merseyside. From the Kop to the Johnny King stand, to the packed away end, everybody was clapping for Olivia.

The fixture would end 2 - 1 to Newcastle. The world has been shaken by the killing of Olivia Pratt-Korbel, who was fatally shot in her own home in Dovecot, Liverpool on Monday evening. A police investigation is still underway to catch those responsible.
