A fundraiser has been set up to support the family of the 40-year-old father of three after his tragic passing last week.

A Rangers statement on X read: "We were saddened to learn of the news of the passing of lifelong supporter, Christopher Potter, in Istanbul ahead of our UEFA Europa League Round of 16 first leg match against Fenerbahce last week.

"Christopher Potter was truly one of a kind and we would urge all supporters in attendance at Ibrox tomorrow evening to join in the minute's applause on the 40th minute mark in tribute to one of our own.

"Christopher will be missed by everyone who knew him and the thoughts of everyone at Rangers are with his family and friends at this time."
