Ange Postecoglou has made changes tonight as Tottenham head to Fulham in the Carabao Cup, with Giovani Lo Celso starting.
The Spurs manager has been praised for the manner in which he has turned things around so quickly but as expected has largley diverted from the personnel he’s been using in Premier League action as the team turns their focus to the domestic cups.
Destiny Udogie is only on the bench after coming off against Bournemouth as a precautionary measure, while Tanguy Ndombele, Alfie Whiteman, Bryan Gil and Ryan Sessegnon are out injured, along with Rodrigo Bentancur.

Lo Celso starts as part of a new-look three behind striker Richarlison, who is supported by Ivan Perisic and Manor Solomon, who will be playing against his former club.
Postecoglou said after the win at Bournemouth: "Gio's [Lo Celso] been a bit unlucky. He did well when he came on for us. I thought all the subs did really well just to help us control the game. We've got a game Tuesday night and he'll play.
"It will be, for want of a better word, a fun week. We've got plenty going on for sure. I'm just dealing with what's in front of me. Unless I get told otherwise, I'll work with the group I've got and focus on Tuesday night."
