football.london takes a look at the latest Tottenham transfer rumours.
Who: Stefan de Vrij and Arturo Vidal
Where: Pete O'Rourke and Give Me Sport
What:
In recent weeks, Antonio Conte has highlighted the need to bring in experience to his Tottenham side if they are to begin challenging for silverware and regain their place in the Champions League.
For this reason, bringing in two players with whom he won the Serie A title in 2020/21 would be a big step in the right direction for Conte and Spurs.
Stefan de Vrij and Arturo Vidal are both believed to be available with the former having 18 months left on his deal at San Siro and Vidal's contract up in the summer.
Both players would plug gaps in Conte's squad and provide cover in key positions in the spine of a system which they are both familiar with.
De Vrij has been linked with Spurs since Conte's arrival and seems to be more of a concrete option to solidify the defence meanwhile Vidal would be less of a priority due to his age and the reported availability of Milan's Franck Kessie.
Who: Borna Sosa
Where: Goal
What:
Stuttgart left-back Borna Sosa was linked heavily to Chelsea in January, perhaps bringing the attention of other Premier League clubs to the progress of the 24-year-old.
The Croatian came through the prestigious Dinamo Zagreb academy system before joining Stuttgart in 2018 and has made 69 league appearances for the German club.
The price has been set at €30million (£25million) and is a very achievable target should Sergio Reguilon's proposed move to Real Madrid come to fruition.
Ryan Sessegnon is also an option for Spurs in the left-sided role but has often struggled to make an impact, as was the case at the Etihad in Spurs' thrilling 3-2 win over Man City on Saturday evening.
