Here is your Tottenham transfer round-up on deadline day.
Pedro Porro transfer latest
Tottenham endured an unbelievably stressful day in the Pedro Porro transfer saga on Monday despite the club reaching a verbal agreement for the 23-year-old two days prior.
No less than 36 hours after reaching an agreement, the deal looked to have collapsed with Spurs set to miss out on their main January transfer window target. Reports began to emerge that Porro had missed training in an attempt to force a move but the brief from Sporting was that it was in fact a planned absence.

Crucial meetings then began to take place and after hours of further negotiations an agreement was struck and this time it looks to be settled. Fabrizio Romano reported on Monday evening that another agreement on the payment terms was met with the Spanish international set to travel to London on Tuesday.
A medical will also take place for the wing-back on deadline day as Tottenham look to have finally sealed the transfer of Porro which means two January acquisitions will have been made.
Djed Spence loan choice
Tottenham right wing-back Djed Spence is set to join Rennes on loan for the remainder of the season, football.london understands.
The 22-year-old only joined Spurs in the summer in a £12.5million deal from Middlesbrough, which could eventually reach £20m with add-ons. However, he has found game time hard to come by, without a start to his name under Antonio Conte, who labelled him a "club signing" after he joined, and just 41 minutes of football across the season so far.
football.london understands that the loan is a straight one without an option to buy as Spurs believe Spence can still have a long-term future at the club as he continues to develop and the player was not keen on leaving the club permanently either as he believes he can have a long-term future in a Tottenham shirt.
Spence is now in France and will have his medical tomorrow before wrapping up the deal. The player will get plenty of game time with injuries in Rennes' right-back area, with captain Hamari Traore set for a spell out.
Bryan Gil departure
Bryan Gil has rejoined Sevilla on a loan deal until the end of the 2022/23 campaign. Coming through the Spanish side's academy as a youngster, the 21-year-old has returned to his former club from Tottenham with limited opportunities coming his way in north London.
Initially struggling for minutes following his move to Tottenham in July 2021, Gil first departed Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last January to join Valencia on a deal until the end of the campaign. After helping Lo Che to the final of the Copa del Rey, the talented winger was expected to return to the Mestalla Stadium in the summer but another move didn't come to fruition, with Tottenham unable to bring in a replacement on deadline day.
With game time extremely limited under Antonio Conte in the first few months of this term, Gil did catch the eye when handed starts in the wins over Crystal Palace and Portsmouth at the beginning of the year. It did appear that he would be remaining in N17 beyond the January transfer window following those performances, but Arnaut Danjuma's arrival from Villarreal on loan has seen him drop a further place down the pecking order.
