Antonio Conte has kept with the same team for Tottenham Hotspur's Champions League trip to face Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany.

The Spurs boss has decided to once again play all three of his forwards in Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Richarlison even though it means no fresh attackers to face Brighton at the weekend, unless Bryan Gil comes in.
Emerson Royal picked up a red card against Arsenal on Saturday but the Brazilian is available to play in the Champions League and starts on the right with Ivan Perisic the wing-back on the opposite flank. In central defence, Davinson Sanchez comes into the back three with Cristian Romero on the bench.
Here's the Tottenham team Conte has selected:
Lloris; Romero, Dier, Lenglet; Emerson, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Perisic; Richarlison, Kane, Son. Subs: Forster, Austin, Doherty, Spence, Davies, Sanchez, Sessegnon, Skipp, Bissouma, Sarr, White, Gil
