Tottenham target Manor Solomon set to decide next move amid Shakhtar Donetsk threat

Tottenham and Fulham target Manor Solomon will resolve his future after Israel’s Euro 2024 qualifiers this month.

Solomon spent last season on loan at Fulham from Shakhtar Donetsk after FIFA ruled that foreign players in Ukraine could suspend their contracts following Russia's invasion of the country.

The ruling still exists now and Solomon has attracted interest from Fulham and Tottenham ahead of the summer window.

The winger is set to play for Israel in Euro 2024 qualifiers against Belarus and Andorra this month, and will decide his future after those games.

Shakhtar are unhappy at the prospect of Solomon leaving for free, however, and their chief executive Sergei Palkin has threatened to sue.

“Where he (Solomon) will go, I don’t know,” he told ESPN. “In any case, if you go to Tottenham, we will deal with Tottenham in court in this case. Everything comes to a simple situation: it sounds like unjust enrichment.”
