It's pretty safe to say that Tottenham fans will adore Richarlison if his latest Instagram post is anything to go by. Signing a five-year deal at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Friday morning after clinching a big-money move from Everton, the Brazilian international has been inundated with messages from his former Everton teammates since his exit from Goodison Park.
Reposting a number of heartfelt messages to his Instagram stories, the new signing decided to add one of his old Instagram posts from 2020 to his stories on Saturday. The image of Richarlison squaring up to Hector Bellerin with one of his Arsenal teammates down on the ground injured has since gone down extremely well with the Tottenham faithful.
Richarlison may have been a Tottenham player for just over 24 hours but he is wasting no time at all in winning the support of Spurs' fanbase. Scoring against Arsenal for Everton in the past, all Tottenham fans will be hoping he can repeat his heroics on Saturday, October 1 when the first north London derby of the season takes place at the Emirates.

Yet to sit down with his new club to speak about his move to N17 as he is still away on holiday, the player did send a message to supporters on Friday night on his social media accounts. He said: "Hi, it's Richarlison. I am so happy to sign for Tottenham. See you and come on you Spurs."
His video to Tottenham fans came after the attacker had posted an emotional tribute to Everton fans earlier in the day after his Goodison Park exit following four years on Merseyside.
"It's very difficult to say goodbye to a place that has become my home; of fans who welcomed me not just as another player, but as if I were one of them, in the stands; and a club that treated me kindly and helped me develop my sense of community and empathy," he said.
"No words and not all the love I have for this club is enough to thank you. We'll see you along the way! I love you Evertonians."
Tottenham fans will get their first opportunity to see Richarlison play for the club over the course of pre-season with friendlies coming up against Team K League, Sevilla, Rangers and Roma. Spurs then start their Premier League campaign against Southampton on Saturday, August 6, with a trip to Chelsea coming the following weekend.
