The Kansas City Chiefs were crowned NFL Champions for the second time in four years on Sunday night after defeating Philadelphia Eagles in a thrilling Super Bowl finale.
Patrick Mahomes' instrumental performance helped the Chiefs come from 27-21 down in the final quarter to win 38-35 in front of a whopping crowd of 67,827 in Arizona. The 27-year-old was awarded Super Bowl MVP to become the first player to win the NFL MVP and Super Bowl MVP in the same year since 199.
A 26-yard run by Mahomes paved the way for Harrison Butker to kick a game-winning field goal from 27 yards to hand the Chiefs their third Super Bowl championship title.

The game was watched by millions across the globe, with many finding it difficult to predict who will come out on top. But one Premier League star who managed to predict the winner and star figure was Tottenham's Harry Kane.
Kane is a die-hard NFL fan and has been a regular fixture at NFL London games throughout the years. Earlier this year, he was in attendance to watch the Vikings beat the Saints at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
However, Kane's Patriots endured a disappointing campaign meaning the England international came into the Super Bowl with no affiliation with either side. But speaking to Optus Sport, Kane predicted a Chiefs win.
"It's going to be a good one. I'm probably going to go with the Chiefs," he said. "Two good teams, it'll be a really good match to watch. But I just think Mahomes, he's been there and he's done it before so I'm going with the Chiefs."
He added: "Patriots had a disappointing year. If the Patriots go out, I try to route for the Bucks because of Tom Brady. I'm not really too fussed on who wins."
